Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Footage showed 'irate' motorists beeping their horns behind the driver as he stopped in the middle of the road. A large truck and several cars got stuck behind the scooter as the driver told passers-by: 'I just want the fish and chips that I've paid for'.
