A milkman says he has been hit by complaints from customers that milk left on doorsteps was not cold enough in the mornings despite the sweltering UK heatwave.
Craig, 36, from Wigan, said such complaints will not be entertained when he 'can't control the weather', Liverpool Echo reports.
However, because he's a 'nice bloke' he provided advice to moaning customers on how to try combat the issue. He posted a message on social media with some top tips on how to keep milk cool.
