Arsenal are reportedly not looking to sign Dani Ceballos permanently when his loan switch from Real Madrid is up at the end of the season.
The Spaniard recently extended his loan so that he can see out the remainder of the season after the coronavirus forced football to be suspended temporarily.
However, according to a report from the Sun, he has not done enough to convince Mikel Arteta to fork out the money needed to keep him at the Emirates.
There was no option to buy inserted in Ceballos' loan deal and Real are said to be demanding £30m to part with the 23-year-old.Arsenal do not believe Ceballos' performances this season warrant such a fee and, with the club set to miss out on Champions League qualification again, they will be left.
