Arsenal youngster Ainsley Maitland-Niles has reportedly decided he needs to leave the club to get regular first-team football.
The 22-year-old has come through the Gunners' academy and is nearing 100 appearances for the club under four separate managers.He has featured 28 teams in all competitions for the first team this season, mainly filling in as a right-back rather than in his favoured central midfield role.
However, he has fallen out of favour under Mikel Arteta, after playing the full 90 minutes in his first six league games in charge.
