Manchester United assistant manager Mike Phelan has singled out teenage left-back Brandon Williams as the club's "most talented academy player".
The youngster has become a regular member of the senior team this season and, aside from talented goalscorer Mason Greenwood, Phelan has been most impressed by Williams' progress.
As part of a Q&A on behalf of the Manchester Football Association, Phelan was asked: "Which is in your opinion the most talented academy player in the club, except [Mason] Greenwood?" "We're tremendously proud of our academy - and over the last 18 months, chances have opened up for the young lads more than they have done for a long time", Phelan replied.
