Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could be hoping for an invite to stay with the Queen at Balmoral during the summer in order to boost their brand with US audiences, a royal commentator has claimed.Harry and Meghan recently returned back to their celebrity lives in the US after bringing their family to the UK to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and their daughter Lilibet’s first birthday. The visit marked only the second time the couple had seen the Queen together since their controversial royal resignation and they kept a low profile, only attending one public event over the weekend. And, after claiming that the Sussexes thought it was unfair that they were unable to publish a picture of Lilibet posing with the Queen, royal commentator Neil Sean has claimed that the ex-royals might instead be praying for an invite to spend some time with the Queen over the summer.“There could be good news on the horizon because as we know, our wonderful monarch likes to holiday up in one of her favourite homes, Balmoral,” he began, speaking on his YouTube channel.“It’s the time of year where our monarch likes to invite members of her family to come and spend time with her.
They don’t all come at once, they come when they’re invited at segregated times.“Even though Harry and Meghan didn’t manage to get that endorsement that they could allegedly need in order to make sure that their brand stays on track across the United States of America, they’re hoping for a holiday invite.”The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have turned down invitations to visit the Queen’s sprawling Scottish estate in the past, and reportedly told the Queen in 2020 that they would not attend because of their son Archie’s age.Neil, however, suggested that Meghan had not.
