The former fashion PR, who was previously married to Noel Gallagher, started suffering symptoms of early menopause from the age of 40.
Meg, 54, has now opened up about her experiences in a candid new interview, explaining she was left baffled when she started suffering from vaginal atrophy.
In a chat with the Guardian, Meg explained: "I first realised when I was wearing my workout leggings and they weren’t new, but they were starting to chafe." She has written a book about her experiences, called The New Hot, which she hopes will help demystify the menopause and help women going
