Tricky was found hanged at a psychiatric hospital on May 8 2019 after she believed people were laughing at her during a performance.

An inquest heard that Mina Topley-Bird, 24, died in hospital after she had suffered a mental health episode on a train following a gig she had with her band in Newcastle.Mina was a talented musician and had performed with her band in Newcastle a few days before she was found dead at West Park Hospital located in Darlington.In a statement to the coroner, Detective Sergeant John Tyers said Mina felt her last performance with her band 404 went badly and she thought the audience "laughed" at her.The inquest also heard that Mina fell ill as a result while travelling back to her home in London while with her friend.
