Susanna Reid

Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.

She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.

She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.

Martin Lewis was left fighting back tears during his latest stint on Good Morning Britain after sharing an update on the young girl who went viral singing in a Ukraine bunker.

The Money Saving Expert joined Susanna Reid on Monday’s instalment of the show when viewers were given an update on Amelia, who captured everyone's hearts earlier this month when a clip of her singing while seeking refuge in a bomb shelter was shared online.Amelia Anisovych, seven, who was filmed singing Let It Go from Disney’s Frozen, went viral, with the clip being viewed more than 16.8million times since it was first posted on Facebook on March 3.The youngster, who was trying lift the spirits of her fellow refuges in a Kyiv bomb shelter, is now in Poland with her grandmother and siblings after fleeing her homeland as Russia’s brutal invasion continues.Viewers were told that Amelia had bravely sang the Ukrainian national anthem Sunday night at a charity concert in Poland raising hundreds of thousands of pounds in aid."Now you will remember that two weeks ago seven-year-old Amelia was singing that iconic song from Frozen in a bunker sheltering from the bombardment in Kyiv," Susanna, 52, said on GMB as the original clip played out on-screen."Last night little Amelia, who is now in safety in Poland, sang the Ukrainian national anthem as she opened a major charity concert for her country," the host added as a snipped off her the girl's performance was played to viewers.As Martin attempted to introduce the clip, the 49-year-old paused ended his intro, appearing to be overcome with emotion.After apologising with a slight croak to his voice, Martin said: "The real hero has paid for hotel accommodation...
