Manchester United have confirmed that Kevin and Edward Glazer have sold 9.5million shares in the club this month. United's latest filling to the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States reveals that Kevin Glazer has sold 5million shares and Edward Glazer has offloaded 4.5million, to BofA Securities, a marketing name used by the Bank of America.
The shares were sold at a price of $16.98 per share, which has netted the two Glazer siblings a total of $161,310,000. At current exchange rates that works out at around £117million.
