Inter striker Lautaro Martinez is reportedly refusing to enter talks about a new deal with the Serie A side. Manchester City and Barcelona are rumoured to be interested in a move for the Argentine striker when the transfer window opens, with the Spanish side said to be confident that he would consider a move to Camp Nou.
And Mundo Deportivo state that the 22-year-old has been ignoring Inter's offers of an improved contract. However, while Barcelona is said to be his preferred destination, City could have an advantage in that the Spanish side are unlikely to pay the striker's €111million (£98.5million) release clause - opening an opportunity for the Premier League side.
