The Englishman has spent the last two seasons on loan at Sheffield United, where he has impressed.After helping them achieve promotion, a brilliant campaign under Chris Wilder went ahead in the Premier League.Henderson has been a key player at the Blades, proving brilliant between the sticks behind a fine defence.
It has led to calls that Gareth Southgate should promote the 23-year-old to a regular starter for England. And more recently, United fans have been keen on Henderson even taking over from David de Gea.
