Man in his 40s found dead after police called to house

GMP. A coroner's report is currently being prepared for an inquest. A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers were called by colleagues from NWAS to a report of a concern for the welfare of a man on Elliott Street in Tyldesley just before 6pm on Sunday, January 10. "Sadly, a man in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene. "There are believed to be no suspicious circumstances and a report is being prepared for the coroner."
