This week the government were left red-faced after food parcels offered to families eligible for free schools meals were criticised for their meagre contents.
The packages should have been worth £30 but many online pointed out that their value was closer to £5.22. And shoppers across the country have been posting the much larger hauls they could find for around the same price.
