The emergency services were called to Moseley Street in Edgeley at around 7.30pm on Thursday. Police say a man had suffered a medical episode.
He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers were called around 7.30pm on Thursday 28 January 2021 to report of concern for the welfare of a man on Moseley Street, Edgeley, Stockport."Emergency services attended and enquiries established a man had suffered a medical episode."He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene."There are not believed to be any.
