Shocking footage shows a man in distinctive shorts strolling along a Liverpool street with a gun in his hand. The clip, shared with the Liverpool Echo, is believed to have been taken on May 19 - when police received calls of shots fired.
The man, sporting a pair of pink and purple shorts and a T-shirt, is seen walking past several parked cars before appearing to enter a block of flats.
It was taken in Ivy Avenue in Garston. In a statement after shots were reportedly fired, Merseyside Police said: "We were contacted at 8.20pm (on May 19) to reports loud bangs had been heard. "A search of the area was carried out. "No damage was discovered and there were no reports of anyone being injured but casings were recovered.
