Bayern Munich chief Karl-Heinz Rummeenigge has suggested the club will not be held to ransom for Leroy Sane. Manchester City want around £100million for the 24-year-old with the Germany winger keen on the move after falling in the Etihad pecking order under Pep Guardiola.
