A man who is alleged to have blown more than four times over the drink-drive limit has been arrested after a collision in Manchester.
Greater Manchester Police officers attended the road traffic collision on Smedley Lane on Wednesday evening. Damage to the vehicles involved was light and nobody was hurt but police said the driver of the offending vehicle recorded a breathalyser test result of 164 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
