Andrew Milne, 42, from Hastings, was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday 28th July following the tragic death of 34-year-old Gina Ingles and her four-year-old son Miles Ingles-Bailey.Gina's partner, Toby Jarrett, was also in the property at the time of the fire, but he managed to escape the house through a first floor window.The fire occurred just before 1am on Tuesday 10th July 2018 at a house in Croxden Way, Eastbourne and police immediately launched a murder investigation.
