The pipe is said to have burst underneath Hazelbottom Road in Crumpsall early this morning. As a result, police have closed the road Woodlands Road to Chataway Road. The road surface could be seen sodden with water this morning with road closure signs in place. There are also reports of nearby houses being left without water or experiencing poor pressure.
