Jessica Pegula stands to inherit a fortune so vast she could buy Chelsea and still have over a billion quid left over to buy a private jet or two.

Pegula, 28, is making waves in the world of tennis after reaching her first WTA 1000 Final, where she will face Tunisia's Ons Jabeur on Saturday evening.

But the prize money she'll bank from her efforts in the Spanish capital don't come close to the incredible sums she stands to inherit from her billionaire father.Jessica, who earlier this year reached the quarter-finals of the Australian Open, is the heir to a £4.7billion family fortune earned by her father Terrence, currently the 434th richest person in the world. That's not a bad situation to be in.

And once she inherits her father's fortune, Jessica will be so rich that she could even afford to buy Premier League giants Chelsea, currently up for sale due to sanctions imposed on Russian owner Roman Abramovich.
