Suarez, who was forced out of Camp Nou last summer, condemned his former employers to their first La Liga defeat of the season by scoring the second goal in a 2-0 win just before half-time.After doubling his side's lead, the Uruguayan forward looked up to the stands where Koeman was sat - and made a telephone gesture with his hand.The unusual celebration was seemingly a reference to Suarez's exit from Barcelona, when the former Liverpool man was told over the phone by Koeman that he was not wanted anymore.On top of the phone call, Suarez was not happy about how his departure was handled by those behind the scenes, and felt like he had been singled out above.
