Lucy gave birth to little Roman, her son with actor Ryan Thomas, 36, on March 12 and has kept fans up to date with his progress on her Instagram page.
With a toddler and filming fitness videos for her RWL channel to juggle, Lucy let the youngster tuck into his own grub. She told her fans: "I'm letting Roman feed himself some dairy free yoghurt while mummy eats her burger and chips. "Mum life." In the video caption, she added: "Beyond Burger addict!" and the rallying cry: "Come at me mum police," followed by a laughing Emoji icon.
