Love Island star Sanam Harrinanan says she "can't return" to her career as a social worker after starring on the hit ITV2 show.
Not only did she appear on the show, but she actually went on to win it with her partner Kai Fagan, a PE teacher, and the pair went on to split the £50,000 prize money.
But it seems that Sanam, 24, has ruled out a return to her career in social work, as she recently told Heat Magazine: "I can't go into social work again, I don't think I'll be able to." Despite stepping away from her previous job, Sanam said she would still love to help out in that area with her winnings.
She said: "I've got a meeting about it this week with my social work manager because I want to be able to use this platform to help children locally." Her partner Kai has also ruled out a return to work as a PE and Science teacher, as he said: "I still want to do the same thing I was doing but in a different capacity but it's just finding out what that capacity is and how I can do it." Sanam also revealed that she will be giving some of her prize money to her mum, after her father sadly passed away.
