Love Island star who left after a week on the show has revealed he suffered from stress-induced psychosis. Niall Aslam was a fan favourite during the first week of the fourth series and viewers loved his one-liners.But he left due to 'personal reason', later stating he has Asperger Syndrome.While the reality star does have Asperger's, he has now revealed he went into a psychiatric hospital for two weeks after suffering from hallucinations and lost a grasp on reality.He shared the news in an Instagram video, reports the Metro.He said: "I came out and talked about my Asperger's and I was diagnosed at 10 years old, and that was basically the reason I left Love Island.
