Dave Grohl is opening up about the hearing loss he's suffered after years of being a rock star.During a conversation on SirusXM's , the Foo Fighters frontman revealed that he has a hearing impairment, but has not had his ears checked out by a doctor.“I know what they’re going to say,” Grohl shared. “’You have hearing damage (Tinnitus) in your left ear, more so than your right ear.’’ The 52-year-old rocker admitted that while he’s on stage, he doesn’t use ear monitors during concerts, because he believes they don’t allow him to fully hear what’s happening around him during the set. However, Grohl credits having the same sound technician for 31 years to helping him pull off each show seamlessly, despite the circumstances.

The Tinder Swindler subject Simon Leviev has issued Netflix with a cease and desist letter.Leviev featured prominently in the documentary as having conned several women out of hundreds of thousands of dollars, while his bodyguard Piotr was often seen alongside him.The bodyguard’s attorney Joanna Parafianowicz has now reached out to Netflix to demand they pull The Tinder Swindler from the streaming platform altogether, claiming it frames Piotr as complicit in Leviev’s crimes (via TMZ).Parafianowicz has also asked Netflix to publish an official apology to Peter, who has asked for roughly £4.1million in financial compensation.“No one has the right to deprive a person of basic rights, such as the right to image and the right to the protection of personal data,” Parafianowicz recently told LADbible.“The movie doesn’t tell my client’s story, and it must be underlined – no charges have been ever brought against him regarding this case. He’s never been involved in Simon’s businesses.

Cuba is a really interesting place. I’ve actually been there, though only for a day, back a few years ago before the U.S. government again made it difficult to travel to the island. I only mention this to bring up the potential inherent in setting a story even partially in that country. The Cuban, opening today, opts to do just such a thing, though is unable to fully build upon the premise and the promise of that element, especially when it goes so far as to actually shoot in Havana (more on that in a bit). Despite a touching turn from Louis Gossett Jr. and some charming emotions, the final product sadly leaves you wanting more.
