LOOSE Women star Nadia Sawalha has revealed she faced an "early death" before falling pregnant with her daughter Maddy. The ITV panellist - who shares two children with her husband Mark Adderley - confessed that having her first baby "saved her life" after years of partying.
Nadia, 57, opened up about how she and her other half had indulged in years of heavy drinking as part of a destructive lifestyle not fit for a baby.
The Loose Women favourite admitted that while welcoming Maddy, 19, initially seemed like a "terrible choice", it actually ended up changing her life.
Speaking on the How To Stay Married (so far) podcast, Nadia reflected on how she felt the "turning point" in her life actually "saved her from an early death.
