'Kinky dirty and cheap' car stopped by cops for carrying load so heavy the roof caved in
driver who labelled their car as 'dirty and cheap' was pulled over by cops after they were spotted carrying a heavy load on the roof.Neighbourhood officers on patrol in Ely, Cambridgeshire stopped the vehicle after finding it "in a position likely to cause danger" before finding it had a host of other issues, reports CambridgeshireLive.Among more serious problems, the less-than-clean silver car was plastered with dozens of strange stickers across the front of its wingmirrors, its rear side windows, its sunroof and part of the windscreen. One simply read "kinky dirty and cheap", while another at the front of the car showed a short tagline that said "one step up from the gutter".The car came to the cops' attention after it was seen with a pallet of heavy goods strapped to the roof and no registration number on the front. The heavy load appeared to cause the roof of the car to cave in slightly, leaving it in a likely position "to cause danger". Officers checking records then found the shabby vehicle did not have any car insurance.
