Ex-Premier League star receives graphic sex advice pamphlet from NHS after surgery
Premier League star Kevin McNaughton received a graphic sex advice pamphlet from the NHS after having his hip replaced.McNaughton took to Twitter on Thursday to confirm he was undergoing surgery on his hip before later sharing the amusing pamphlet he was given after his operation. During his career, the former Scotland international won promotion to the Premier League with Cardiff City in 2013 before playing several matches in the top flight for the Bluebirds.Tweeting from hospital, McNaughton uploaded an image of the front cover of a pamphlet he had been given titled: "Safe sexual positions following a hip replacement".The 39-year-old accompanied the image by writing: "Couldn't make it up", before he began reading the advice contained in the booklet.After reading through the advice, McNaughton later shared a paid which detailed sexual positions to be avoided, showing four cartoons of the prohibited positions.The reasons for not doing them were listed as "too much hip flexion", "too much hip abduction flexion and rotation" and "too much hip rotation".
