However, coverage of the game on LFC TV stood out for the wrong reasons thanks to Evans. After City's midfielder Darko Gyabi - an England youngster born in London and signed from Millwall - had taken a shot during the match, the ex-Liverpool boss mused that there were "not many normal names".
