thesun.co.ukGONE Girl actress Lisa Banes has died after a hit-and-run accident left her with a "traumatic brain injury". The 65-year-old star was crossing the street in Manhattan when she was "wiped out" by a motorized scooter on June 4.
Her representative told ET on Monday: “We’re are heartsick over Lisa’s tragic and senseless passing. “She was a woman of great spirit, kindness, and generosity and dedicated to her work, whether on stage or in front of a camera and even more so to her wife, family and friends. "We were blessed to have had her in our lives.” The Gone Girl actress was in a critical condition with a “traumatic brain injury” following the accident.
