The model/tennis player, 28, jetted off to the Spanish party island late last month for a holiday with his girlfriend Lottie Tomlinson.
Daily Mail reports the pair got back on August 24, and Lewis has since posted video of himself in Marbella. Lewis, who previously dated late star Caroline Flack, took to Instagram to share a clip of himself dining at fancy restaurant in the city and he also uploaded a clip of the beach.
