The remarks came after it was alleged the 28-year-old, who was dating the Love Island presenter until her tragic death in February, was seen moving on with Louis Tomlinson's little sister Lottie Tomlinson.Caroline was found dead in her London home on February 15, having taken her own life.Posting for the first time in days, sportsman and model Lewis shared a photo of himself riding a jet ski earlier this evening, simply accompanied by a wave emoji.The comment function on the photo, which showed him cruising across a seascape in a life-jacket, had been turned off.Lewis and Lottie were allegedly seen getting cosy during a trip.
