Apple could start making chargers that let you power up two devices at once, if alleged leaked photos are anything to go by.ChargerLAB took to Twitter to share images claiming to be of an unreleased new 35W power adapter from Apple.

The images show that the charger will have foldable prongs as well as dual USB-C ports for dual charging. That means you could charge your MacBook Air and iPhone at the same time, or two iPads at once.

If true, the leaks would confirm other findings which suggest this is the next big step for Apple's charging game. In March, famed Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggested Apple was working on a power adapter with a new design and has since said it is nearing "mass production" with a 2022 release date due.Hints about the new charger were also uncovered in a document that briefly appeared on the Apple website, saying: "Use the Apple 35W Dual USB-C Port Power Adapter and a USB-C cable (not included) to charge your device.

Connect a USB-C cable to either port on the power adapter, extend the electrical prongs (if necessary), then plug the power adapter firmly into the power outlet." If you want a new iPhone charger, make sure to buy an authentic one from Apple or an authorized Apple retailer.A study by charity Electrical Safety First tested a number of fake chargers and found that 98% put consumers at risk of lethal electric shock or fire, so it pays to be sensible.Certified iPhone accessories have a 'Made for iPhone' label on their packaging, while authentic Apple Lightning cables will have "Designed by Apple in California" on their side..
