A judge has reportedly granted Kodak Black permission to perform at a music festival, despite the rapper violating the terms of his supervised release in his federal gun case and failing several drug tests this past year.According to TMZ, a judge allowed Kodak to perform at the Rolling Loud NYC music festival, under the condition he stay in touch with his Supervised Release Officer.Black, 24, will be performing Friday in Queens, and in documents informed the court his participation in the festival was purely for business.
