Kim Jong-un's reported failing health could be down to his rich eating habits, experts have claimed. The North Korean leader has been the subject of ill health rumours for a week now after Kim missed patriotic celebrations for his grandfather.
A Hong-Kong backed news channel, HKSTV, even sparked theories Kim had died after its vice director, Qing Feng, posted he had passed away on Chinese messaging app Weibo.
Japanese media later reported Kim was in a “vegetative state” and further unconfirmed reports suggest he may be in “grave danger” following a heart surgery.
Earlier today, Dominic Raab, confirmed the UK Government are keeping an eye on the situation but said they had been unable to verify international reports.
