Killing Eve's Jodie Comer tipped to play Miss Honey in Netflix Matilda remake

dailystar.co.ukActress Jodie Comer is reportedly in talks to star in the Netflix remake of the classic Roald Dahl novel, turned film, Matilda.
It's believed that Liverpool-born Jodie will join the cast alongside Harry Potter actor Ralph Fiennes who is taking on the iconic role of Olympic Hammer throwing school principal, Ms Trunchbull.
The upcoming project is set to be an adaptation of the hit 2010 musical by Tim Minchin. Mail Online reported that the 27-year-old is to take on the role of caring school teacher Miss Honey, who later goes on to adopt Matilda in the film.
Both Comer and Fiennes had previously made a commitment to work together after they met to potentially discuss starring in Educating Rita.
