Arsenal star Kieran Tierney has revealed a “worry” he had when Mikel Arteta was confirmed as the club’s new manager last December.The Scot suffered a tough start to life in north London, arriving from Celtic last summer with a hernia injury before picking up a dislocated shoulder in December.It meant he could not play for the Spanish manager for three months before Covid-19 extended that period by another three.But the full-back has become a mainstay in Arteta’s team since lockdown, appearing in every game and helping them win the FA Cup.The Arsenal star, though, admitted he was left worried that he would not be included by the boss when football resumed.
