Khabib Nurmagomedov's manager has insisted Conor McGregor has no chance of fighting Manny Pacquiao in the Middle East. McGregor and Pacquiao both confirmed they are close to agreeing terms to meet late this year or early in 2021.
Saudi Arabia has been touted as a likely venue although McGregor's manager said several locations were under consideration. And now Ali Abdelaziz, who represents UFC champion Nurmagomedov, claims McGregor will not be welcome in the Middle East due to comments he has previously made about Muslims.
Before he fought Nurmagomedov in 2018, McGregor called his rival a "Muslim rat" and referred to his wife as a 'towel'. And Abdelaziz said: "Human[s] are not perfect , but you are the last motherf***** people from Saudi
