Strictly Come Dancing professional Kevin Clifton took to social media today to share the seven everyday “habits” he is practising during lockdown to stay motivated.The 38-year-old listed giving up alcohol, revealing he has been tee total for a number of years.The dancer, who lives with his girlfriend Stacey Dooley, told his 362,000 followers that he gave up drinking two and a half years ago.In order to be the most productive version of himself, Kevin went on to say that he meditates every morning and writes down 10 creative ideas.He also said that having structure to his day helps him stay focused and avoid unwanted distractions.In addition to this, the ex BBC pro makes a plan for the day ahead before he goes to bed.Kevin shared his list
