KATIE Price has once again swerved going to court over her monster £3.2m bankruptcy debts. The Sun can reveal that the 43-year-old dodged a court date for a THIRD time earlier this month when she was to be quizzed about the money she owes – and won’t face the music now until next YEAR.

It has been claimed by liquidators handling the collapse of her empire that she had not been “engaging fully” in paying creditors.

The hearing at London’s Royal Courts of Justice was due to take place at on 7 June. But now we can disclose that it has been relisted for 9 February 2023 - giving her a long reprieve.

A source said: “The delay will give the courts the chance to see how fully she is now working with the people she owes money to and provide a clearer picture of where she stands in repaying her debts.” .css-16e4f55{margin:16px 0;}.css-u6yh49{background-color:rgba(246,242,249,1);margin:16px 0;}.css-1tapza8{padding:20px 15px;}.css-1bk4jdt{padding:20px.
