Kate Thornton has opened up about the torment she suffered at the hands of cruel school bullies. The former X Factor presenter, 47, was viciously targeted during her school days for being overweight.
And she says it's thanks to therapy that she didn't end up suffering from body dysmorphia and dysfunctional eating for her entire life.
Kate developed anorexia after being bullied and later underwent psychodynamic therapy, which helped her overcome the eating disorder.
Kate told Laura Whitmore's Castaway podcast she had "huge respect" for talking therapies, because of the positive effect they had had on her life.
