Kate Garraway 'emotional' as Derek misses out on son Billy's special birthday

The Good Morning Britain star celebrated her youngest child's upcoming 11th birthday in style with an I'm A Celebrity themed event in the garden.Katie, 53, wanted to make the most of the happy occasion, as her husband Derek Draper remains in hospital.The proud mum of two has taken to Instagram to document Billy's special day, describing how her hubby was usually one that organised the family events.Alongside a snap of herself and pal Myleene Klass, she wrote: "So I was super nervous about Bill’s birthday this year - we usually have a family do with grandparents and a few of his friends but obviously this not possible."So we are seeing grandparents.
