The tot was dressed as a ballerina for Joe’s Fancy Dress Fridays, with Joe, 33, donning a Superman costume, for today’s sweat sesh.
While it’s not the first time Indie – Joe’s daughter with wife Rosie Jones – has crashed The Body Coach’s video before, instead of poking her head in, the youngster decided to be Joe’s co-coach today.
Indie watched on as her dad expertly aced sweaty squats, showing off how she can also do the tricky manoeuvre. Frankly, she’s fitter than us, let’s be honest, but what did you expect for the spawn of a fitness mogul.
