Jim Carrey

James Eugene Carrey (born January 17, 1962) is a Canadian-American actor, comedian, writer, and artist. He is known for his energetic slapstick performances. Carrey first gained recognition in America in 1990 after landing a recurring role in the sketch comedy television series In Living Color.

His first leading roles in motion pictures came with Ace Ventura: Pet Detective (1994), Dumb and Dumber (1994), The Mask (1994), and Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (1995), as well portraying the Riddler in Batman Forever (1995) and the lead role in Liar Liar (1997).

He gained attention starring in serious roles in The Truman Show (1998) and Man on the Moon (1999), with each garnering him a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor.

Harvey Weinstein

Harvey Weinstein CBE (born March 19, 1952) is an American former film producer. He and his brother Bob Weinstein co-founded the entertainment company Miramax, which produced several successful independent films, including Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), The Crying Game (1992), Pulp Fiction (1994), Heavenly Creatures (1994), Flirting with Disaster (1996), and Shakespeare in Love (1998).

Weinstein won an Academy Award for producing Shakespeare in Love, and garnered seven Tony Awards for a variety of plays and musicals, including The Producers, Billy Elliot the Musical, and August: Osage County. After leaving Miramax, Weinstein and his brother Bob founded The Weinstein Company, a mini-major film studio. He was co-chairman, alongside Bob, from 2005 to 2017.

Ace Ventura star Jim Carrey 'killed off' disgraced movie producer Harvey Weinstein with an obituary-style tweet. The movie mogul was drawn looking like he'd seen better days as he appeared tarnished and roughed-up with a memo below stating "Harvey Weinstein 1952-2020." Jim Carrey shared the image just a few hours after it was announced that Weinstein would face 23 years in the slammer for the multiple crimes he had committed.

The cartoon hand-drawn image shows the Hollywood film producer appearing scruffy and un-groomed, with reddened eyes as he appears completely shocked.

Fans couldn't wait to pass commentary on the unusual sketch. One person said: "Nailed it sir." Another added: "Fair play, you just killed off Harvey." Jim's sketch lands
