Jane McDonald wows with 4-stone weight loss after cutting out one food group

Loose Women star Jane McDonald is set to return to Channel 5 with My Yorkshire and has revealed how by cutting out one type of food, she has lost a very impressive four stone.

The former cruise ship singer has spoken out about her weight loss journey and how she has managed to maintain her trim figure ahead of the new series.

After she decided to focus on her health a few years back, McDonald took part in the show Sugar Free Farm.During her time on the programme she lost a lot of weight by adopting a sugar-free diet which the singing starlet carried on once she had leftThe Yorkshire lass also accredits her weight loss to cutting out “white carbs” and told the Express: “I lost a stone-and-a-half from taking part in the TV show Sugar Free Farm.
