The former Love Island star was pictured with a bloodied towel while a lump of blood was left on his head as he lay on the treatment table. "I tell you what, when I come in here it's like having a car MOT, changing your oil, it's the only way I can describe it," the reality star told his followers. "Look what's about to come out of my head," the 30 year old added as he showed fans all the gruesome behind the scenes action from his cupping treatment.
