Bolton Crown Court yesterday (March 4). At a previous hearing he had pleaded guilty to possessing 1,089 indecent images of children, as well as 4,469 prohibited images - described as 'pseudo images' of children.
Of the indecent images, 119 were the most serious - category A, 110 were category B and 860 were category C. Prosecuting, Neil Ronan told the court that Berry had previously been given a community order in March 2019 after admitting to three counts of possessing indecent images and possession of an extreme pornographic image.
