Dashcam footage uploaded onto Reddit yesterday shows the white four-door Volkswagen hogging in between two lanes slowly in Butler, Wisconsin.
Reddit user "CaffeineandHate_" can be heard talking on the phone while driving behind the white car. At some point when he tries to drive to the left lane to take over, the white car steers to the left and closing in on him.
