dailystar.co.ukLancashire Police have launched an investigation after one of its officers was filmed threatening to "make something up" and arrest a man on false charges.
Footage of the altercation in Accrington has been shared on social media, showing a man being stopped by a police officer outside what looks like a public park.
It's unknown why he was stopped, but he can be heard saying that he is being "harassed". The officer tells the man to "get in your car and shut up", to which he responds "What for?
I've done nothing wrong." The officer then steps closer to the man and says: "If you want to f**king step to me, and push your chest out and something like that then fine, I'll lock you up.
